摘 要:目的:探讨异体腱鞘内肌腱替代自体腱鞘内肌腱作为移植材料的可行性。方法:取新西兰大白兔的趾深屈肌腱,经深低温保存4周~3个月,移植至同种异体第3趾深屈肌腱缺损处。同侧第4趾深屈肌腱用自体腱鞘内肌腱移植作对照。术后3~12周作生物力学和组织学测定。结果:组织学发现,两组移植肌腱均无粘连或仅有轻度粘连。趾间关节活动度、肌腱缝合处抗破裂力,经统计学处理,两组间差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。Objective:To consider the practicability of using allogenous intrasynovial tendon as a substitutive tendon donor.Methods:Flexor digitorum profundus tendons of New Zealand rabbit were taken and deep frozen for 4 weeks to 3 months. It was then transplanted to another rabbit within the synovial sheath of the third hindpaw digit. Autogenous flexor tendon was transfered to the fourth digit as control.Biomechemical analyses and histological evaluation were taken 3~12 months postoperatively. Results:Histologic examination showed no adhesion or only slight adhesion in both groups.There was no statistically significant difference in ROM of the PIP joint and the tensile strength of the suture site in the two groups.Conclusion:Allogenous intrasynovial tendon can be used as a donor tendon.
