摘　　要：开发了基于全球定位系统与掌上电脑相结合的标准化作业管理系统。该系统由标准化作业信息管理平台、手持式巡检仪及信息传输适配器构成,无需在输变电设备上安装任何信息识别载体,直接利用GPS实现输变电设备自动定位,并通过巡检仪内的输变电设备标准化作业指导书来完成缺陷的规范性记录。该标准化作业管理系统可完成任务的生成、下传以及验收,并可自动生成检修报告;其管理平台具有设备人员管理、查询统计等功能;手持巡检仪可通过GPRS完成数据的上传、下载等任务。A standardized task management system based on GPS and palmtop computer is designed, which is composed of the standardized task information management platform,palmtop computer and information transmission adapter. The power transmission and transformation equipment is identified automatically by GPS and its possible fault is recorded formally by following the instructions of the standardized task manual stored in palmtop computer. The system carries out task generation, download and acceptance,and creates inspection reports automatically. Its management platform has the functions of equipment and personnel management,query and statistics,and so on. The palmtop computer exchanges data with platform via GPRS.
