睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者眼震电图的观察

摘　　要：目的利用眼震电图（ENG）对睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者（SAS）的前庭系统及相关系统的病变定位。方法选择2004年1月-2006年10月，作睡眠呼吸监测并确诊为SAS的病人60例。同时选择正常人60例为对照组。SAS组患者及正常组采用眼震电图检测。结果SAS组60例患者ENG检查36例结果异常，而正常人对照组ENG检查有4例异常。结论SAS不仅影响前庭中枢，也可对前庭外周器官造成损害，应用ENG检查对SAS患者病情改变是。种简便无创伤的检测手段。Objective utilize electronystagmogram to locate pathological changes for vestibular or coherent system for patients with sleep apnea ayndrome（SAS）.Method 60 SAS patients diagnosed with polysomnogram and 60 health adults were selected.They were all detected with electronystagmogram（ENG）.Result There are 36 SAS patients and 4 health adults whose ENG were abnormal.Conclusion SAS impacts not only vestibule centre but also vestibule periphery organ, ENG is a convenient and without wound test facility for SAS patient＇s condition.
