摘　　要：局部综合法可以直接确定切齿参数,该方法中的预控参数提供了一个优化的啮合条件。本文利用齿面接触分析和加载接触分析技术,讨论了预控参数对准双曲面齿轮传动误差曲线的影响,提出了准双曲面齿轮设计中的预控参数选取建议。The local synthesis method can be used to determine the machine-tool setting directly.These machine-tool settings provide improved conditions of meshing and contact at the mean contact point and within neighborhood.The improved conditions of meshing are reflected in the pre-controlled parameters.In this paper,effects of pre-controlled parameters on the transmission error of hypoid gear drives are discussed.The proposal for selecting the pre-controlled parameters in local synthesis is presented by the tooth contact analysis and loaded tooth contact analysis of hypoid gear drives.
