摘　　要：分析了有多组离合器参与的液压机械无级变速器的换档过程,根据键合图理论建立了多种换档状态的键合图模型,推导了每种状态的状态方程,在数学模型的基础上建立了仿真模型,仿真后得到离合器在最大充油压力相同,不同充油时间下的两组仿真结果。结果表明延长离合器充油时间减小了输出轴动载荷,但同时增大了离合器热负荷。The shift process of hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission with eight clutches was analyzed.Based on the bond graph theory the mathematical models of ten states in shift process were established,and the simulation model was established.When the highest pressure of charge is the same and the time of charge is different,two kinds of simulation results are presented.The simulation results show that the dynamic load will reduce when the time of charge increases,at the same time the thermal load of clutch will increase.
