增生性瘢痕组织中AP1表达意义的初步研究

摘　　要：目的通过比较人增生性瘢痕与正常皮肤组织中AP1基因表达水平,研究AP1基因在增生性瘢痕中发生的表达改变,并探讨其意义。方法分别收集正常皮肤及增生性瘢痕组织,应用RT-PCR方法检测AP1 mRNA在正常皮肤和增生性瘢痕组织中的表达水平;应用Western-blot技术比较AP1蛋白质在正常皮肤和增生性瘢痕组织中的表达差异。结果AP1 mRNA在正常皮肤和增生性瘢痕组织中的表达差异显著(p<0.05)。AP1蛋白质在增生性瘢痕组织中的表达高于正常皮肤,二者差异显著(p<0.05)。结论增生性瘢痕组织中AP1 mRNA及蛋白质都存在着明显的高表达,这种变化的原因还需进一步研究。Objective To investigate the changes and significance of AP1 expression based on the comparison of AP1 expression level between hypertrophic scar and normal skin tissue. Methods Hypertrophic scar and normal skin tissue were collected, then AP1 mRNA expression in hypertrophic scar was detected with RT-PCR. AP1 protein expression in hypertrophic scar and normal skin tissue was determined with Western-blot. Results The difference of AP1 mRNA expression between hypertrophic scar and normal skin is statistically significant （p〈0.05）, and AP1 protein expression in hypertrophic scar is higher than in normal skin, the difference between the two groups is statistically significant （p〈0.05）. Conclusion Higher expression of AP1 mRNA and AP1 protein may exist in hypertrophic scar, but the relationship between the two changes should be extensively investigated in the following research.
