摘  要:对云南临沧云县地区466名彝族自然人群HP感染情况及其危险因素分析。通过Logistic多因素分析和卡方检验单因素分析,结果发现:云县地区彝族的HP感染率为53.0%;HP感染率随年龄增长而增加;多因素Logistic分析筛选出的主要危险因素是饮水习惯、饮用水源、家庭胃癌史、吸毒和养猪;大蒜是重要保护因素。单因素卡方检验筛选出的有关联因素为饮水习惯、上消化道症状,使用抗生素、养鸡、家庭胃癌史、饮用水源、家庭溃疡史、中药、养狗和吸毒。Helicobacter pylori(HP) infection and its risk factors were analyzed in a natural group of 446 Yi people at Yunxian County in Lincang Region of Yunnan Province.Through the analysis of multiple factors and Chi square test of single factor,the results were demonstrated as follows:HP infection rate was 53 0% among the Yi people in Yunxian County;HP infection rate went up with age;the main risk factors sifted from multi factor logistic analysis were drinking habit,source of drinking water,family history of gastric cancer,drug taking,and pig raising,with garlic being an important protective agent;and the relevant factors sifted from Chi square test of single factor included drinking habit,upper digestive track symptoms,intake of antibiotics,family history of gastric cancer,source of drinking water,chicken keeping,family history of gastric ulcer,medicinal herb,dog keeping and drug abusing.
