摘  要:目的:探讨高频彩超检查乳腺良恶性肿块的声像图特征及诊断价值。方法:对经病理证实的乳腺良性肿块205例和恶性肿块21例的高频彩超声像图进行回顾性分析。结果:本组良性肿块占90.71%(205/226),诊断符合率为96.59%(198/205);恶性肿块占9.29%(21/226),诊断符合率为90.47%(19/21);恶性组彩色多普勒血流分级主要为Ⅱ~Ⅲ级,而良性组主要为0~Ⅰ级,两组具有明显的统计学差异(P〈0.05);两组在PI和RI方面均有统计学差异(P〈0.01)。结论:高频彩超对乳腺肿块的检出率高,应用超声像图特点与CDFI、PW定量分析,综合判断,可以明显提高对乳腺良恶性肿块的诊断和鉴别诊断水平。Objective: To explore the ultrasonic features and diagnostic value of breast tumors. Method: The features of HFUS were retrospectively analyzed in 205 cases with breast benign tumors and 21 cases with malignant tumors identified with pathology. Result: In 226 breast tumors, 198 benign tumors and 19 malignant tumors were distinguished by high frequency ultrasonograph, and the diagnostic accuracy was 96.59% in the benign tumor and 90.47% in the malignant tumor; Doppler flow imaging grades were mainly Ⅱ -Ⅲ in the malignant tumors and were mainly 0 - Ⅰ in the espbenign tumors, There were significantly different ( P 〈0.05) ;between two groups in PI and RI( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: The detection rate of HFUS was very high. Using sonogram, CDFI, PW quantitative analysis and comprehensive judgement may improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast tumors.
