摘  要:为使兰成渝成品油管道在增输不新增泵站设施的情况下,能够安全平稳的运行,在兰成渝管道广元—成都段进行了成品油减阻剂的工业试验,分别完成了柴油3个加剂浓度(5mg/kg、10mg/kg和15mg/kg)试验和汽油一个加剂浓度(15mg/kg)对比试验,试验过程包括3个不同基础流量(600m3/h、650m3/h和700m3/h)下的减阻试验、增输试验以及管道允许工况的最大输量试验;试验分析了管道流量、加剂浓度及剪切过程对减阻剂作用效果的影响以及加剂条件下管道的最大输送能力,得出了兰成渝成品油管道在一定减阻剂加量下的安全输量范围。Industrial experiments of drag reduction agent (DRA) for product oil is made in Guangyuan-Chengdu Pipeline section of Lanzhou-Chongqing-Chengdu Products Pipeline, aiming at increasing the throughput without adding new pumping equipment and under safe operating condition. The DRA experiment includes 3 DRA-added concentrations for diesel (5 mg/kg,10 mg/kg,15 mg/kg) and 1 DRA-added concentrations for gasoline (15 mg/kg) for comparison test. During the experiment, a drag reduction test, throughput increasing test and allowable maximum throughput test under 3 basic flow rates (600 m3/h,650 m3/h,700 m3/h) are carried out. The throughput, DRA-added concentration and the influence of shear to the effectiveness of DRA as well as maximum transportation capability at DRA-added condition are analyzed. Through the experiment,a safe throughput level of Lanzhou-Chongqing-Chengdu Products Pipeline under certain amount of DRA is obtained.
