摘　　要：总结了秦皇岛油库7座10×104m3金属油罐在日常安全管理和大修过程中的经验,分析了这些金属油罐运行中的安全隐患问题,通过制定油罐大修方案、招投标选定施工队伍、对油罐进行整体检测等项措施,规范油罐大修过程程序化,提高了油罐大修质量和技术水平,实现了高效、节能储存。The paper summaries the experience in daily safety management and tank overhauling for 7 oil tanks of 2×104m3 at Qinhuangdao Oil Tankfarm and safety problems existed in daily operation for the oil tanks are analyzed. Depending on the measures for tanks' overhauling program and integral inspection,overhauling process procedure and qualified technical maintenance team, overhauling quality and technology level are improved and thus effective storage and energy saving storage mode are realized.
