摘  要:以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,采用水解-沉淀法制备纳米TiO2,再将其负载于海泡石上制得TiO2/海泡石催化剂,用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对载体催化剂的形貌及晶型进行了分析.以紫外光为光源,在水溶液中以环境激素邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)为降解底物进行光催化性能的研究.结果表明:催化剂的用量和TiO2的负载量对光催化降解速率都有影响.其中TiO2/海泡石催化剂的用量起主要作用,更能影响其光催化速度及DEP的降解.当催化剂用量为4 g/L、TiO2负载量为30%时,TiO2/海泡石催化剂的催化效果较好.TiO2/sepiolite catalyst was prepared by hydrolysis-precipitation method from Ti(OC4H9 )4 as precursor. The morphography and crystal form of the supported catalyst were analyzed by X-my diffraction and scanning electronic microscope. The photocatalytic activity of the sample was examined by the degradation of diethyl phthalate (DEP) as a model contaminant in water solution under ultraviolet light irradiation. The results show that the photocatalytic degradation rates are influenced by the catalyst amount and the TiO2 load. And the amount of TiO2/sepiolite catalyst has great effect on its photocatalytic activity and DEP's degradation. TiO2/sepiolite catalyst possesses the better photoeatalytie activity with 4 g/L of catalyst amount and 30 % of TiO2 load.
