摘　　要：阐述了预处理工艺的概念和原理,介绍了预处理工艺在球铁生产应用中所带来的一系列的长处,如增加单位面积石墨球数,提高球化率,提高抗衰退性能,降低球化剂加入量,降低缩松废品等,为生产高质量的球铁铸件提供了一种新的方法。The concept and principle of pretreatment process was described, a series advantages brought by the pretreatment process to the production of the ductile iron casting was introduced： Increasing the nodule counts, improving the nodularity and improving the capacity of anti-degenerating, decreasing the addition amount of the nodularizer, reducing the shrinkage defects and so on .It supplied a new method to the production of hi-quality ductile iron castings.
