摘  要:进行了在无限冷硬离心铸铁轧辊外层铁液中加入钇基复合变质剂的试验,认为钇基复合变质剂明显使轧辊工作层组织中的碳化物细化和分布均匀,因而提高了轧辊抗冷热疲劳裂纹的能力;在螺纹钢切分架和成品架的轧辊实际使用中,钇基复合变质剂的使用使φ16~20mm螺纹钢成品架用辊单槽轧制量可稳定在250t以上。A test of adding yttrium-based composite modifying agent into the iron melt used for the outer layer of the centrifugally cast and infinitely chilled iron roll was conducted. It was considered that the yttrium-containing modifying alloy made the carbide in the working layer structure of the roll obviously become more fine and distribute more uniformly, and therefore, could increase both the cold and thermal fatigue cracking resistance. When used in the rolls of the screw steel cutting-separating rollhousing and finished product rollhousing, the usage of yttrium-containing modifying alloy resulted in obvious increase of the single rollpass productivity: the single rollpass output of the roll used in the finished φ 16-20 mm screw steel rollhousing was stably kept more than 250 t.
