摘 要:在改进型铝材连续挤压机上对AZ31镁合金的连续挤压,研究了连续挤压AZ31镁合金拉伸变形和断裂行为。结果表明,连续挤压能有效的细化AZ31合金的晶粒和改变晶粒取向,致使延伸率得到了大幅提高;AZ31合金常规挤压态的断面上呈现出韧性与脆性混合断裂的特征,而连续挤压态的断面有韧窝特征,为微孔形核的韧性断裂机制。Through continuous extrusion of AZ31 magnesium alloys by improved continuous extruding press for aluminum alloy, the tensile deformation and fracture of the continuously extruded AZ31 magnesium alloy were studied. The results indicate that continuous extrusion (CONFORM) can remarkably thins the grains and modifies the grain orientation of AZ31 magnesium alloys and significantly enhances the ductility. On the section of the normally extruded AZ31 alloys presents a character of ductile-brittle mode mixed fracture. However, on the section of the continuously extruded alloys shows dimpled rupture, indicating fracture mechanisms of micropore nucleation.
