摘 要:采用正庚烷、甲苯、四氢呋喃分级处理克拉玛依常压渣油悬浮床加氢尾油,并考察溶剂脱渣尾油的临氢热反应及焦化反应性能。研究表明,对尾油分级处理后发现四氢呋喃不溶物集中了尾油中的绝大部分金属化合物,这也是造成尾油性质差的主要原因;采用正庚烷、甲苯两种溶剂处理脱渣尾油,剂油比为3 mL/g,甲苯脱渣尾油和正庚烷脱渣尾油的性质均得到了一定程度的改善,正庚烷脱渣尾油临氢热反应和焦化反应性能比克拉玛依常压渣油差,但优于甲苯脱渣尾油。The bottom oil from slurry-bed hydrocracking of Karamay residue was treated by solvent gradual extraction with heptane, toluene, and tetrohydrofuran, and reaction behaviors under hydrogen atmosphere and coking of solvent residue-removed bottom oil were studied. The results showed that most of metallic compounds from bottom oil were concentrated in the tetrohydrofuran insolubles, which led to the poor properties of bottom oil. The bottom oil was respectively extracted by heptane and toluene at a solvent to oil ratio of 3 mL/g. The result indicated that the properties of residue-removed bottom oil by heptane and toluene were improved. Performance of thermal reaction under hydrogen atmosphere and coking reaction of residue-removed oil by heptane was poorer than that of KLAR, but was better than that of residue-removed oil by toluene
