摘  要:目的:观察来氟米特对BXSB小鼠免疫状况的影响。方法:48只3月龄的雄性BXSB小鼠分为4组,治疗前后测定24h尿蛋白;治疗后检测血清抗dsDNA抗体以及肾脏免疫复合物。结果:治疗后,来氟米特组的尿蛋白、抗dsDNA抗体明显低于地塞米松和生理盐水组(P<0.01),也低于环磷酰胺组,但其组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);来氟米特组的肾脏免疫复合物低于其他治疗组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与生理盐水组相比,来氟米特组小鼠的生存期明显延长(χ2=4.56,P<0.05)。结论:来氟米特可显著改善BXSB小鼠的免疫状况,能延缓BXSB狼疮鼠的疾病进程。Objective: To investigate the effect of leflunmide on the immune status of BXSB mice. Methods: Forty -eight 3- month-old BXSB lupus mice were divided into four groups (including leflunmide group, cyclophosphamide group, dexamethasone group and saline group). The 24- hour urine proteins were determined before treatment. After treatment, the urine protein, anti- dsDNA and irranune complex in renal glomeruli were measured. Results: After treatment, the urine protein, anti - dsDNA antibodies levels in leflunmide group were significantly lower than those in dexamethasone and saline groups ( P 〈 0.01). Immune complex in renal glomeruli in leflunmide group were significantly lower than those in other groups ( P 〈0.05 or P 〈 0.01). Compared to saline group, leflunmide prolonged life period of BXSB mice ( x^2 = 4.56, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The leflunmide can improve immune status of BXSB mice and defer the disease progression.
