摘 要:目的:观察不同免疫状态下小鼠皮下组织感染茄病镰刀菌的致病过程,探讨皮肤镰刀菌病发病机制。方法:试验动物随机分为4组:A组:皮下接种(1×106cfu/animal);B组:皮下接种(1×108cfu/an-imal);C组:免疫抑制+皮下接种(1×106cfu/animal);D组:免疫抑制+皮下接种(1×108cfu/animal)。观察小鼠的系统症状(食欲,精神状况,体重)和皮损变化。在不同天数处死小鼠并解剖,皮肤和各脏器行真菌培养和组织病理检查。取小鼠血液行真菌培养。结果:四组均见局限性感染,未见播散性感染。相同免疫状态下,感染程度B组>A组,D组>C组;相同接种菌量下C组>A组,D组>B组。皮肤组织病理可以见到茄病镰刀菌较强的血管侵袭性。结论:小鼠免疫状况和致病菌接种量是茄病镰刀菌致病的关键因素。茄病镰刀菌有其自身的致病特点。Objective: To investigate the pathogenetic processes of F. solani with subcutaneous inoculation in normal and immunodepressed mice.Methods: Forty- eight mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. Two suspension dosages (1 × 10^6 cfu/animal, 1 × 10^8 cfu/animal)were tested in A group and B group separately. Two immunocompromised groups(C and D) were subcutaneously inoculated with two suspension dosages separately. Systemic symptoms (appetite, mental condition, weight) and skin lesions were examined each day. The mice were killed and dissected from each group in different time. Fungal culture of tissues 'and blood was performed and the skin and visceral organs were examined pathologically. Results: Local infection was seen in all groups of mice and no disseminated infection was found. Under the same immunological status, the infections were more severe in B group than in A group, and more severe in D group than in C group, while under the same inoculation dose, the infections were more severe in C group than in A group, and more severe in D group than in B group. Conclusion: Immune state and inoculation dose are crucial to subcutaneous pathogenicity of the F. solani. F. solani has its pathogenic characteristics.
