糖化血红蛋白和血小板参数联合检测在老年糖尿病患者微血管病变时的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨糖化血红蛋白(GHb)及血小板参数联合检测在糖尿病微血管病变时意义。方法应用全自动血细胞分析仪和生化分析仪,测定96例老年糖尿病患者(其中有微血管病变者50例,无微血管病变者46例)及42名健康对照者的GHb、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、血小板计数(PLT),分析它们在正常人和糖尿病患者不同时期的变化。结果糖尿病患者GHb、MPV、PDW明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01),有微血管病变者明显高于无微血管病变者(P<0.01),正常人和糖尿病患者的PLT无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论GHb、MPV、PDW联合检测对糖尿病患者微血管病变的早期诊断具有重要价值。Objective To explore the significance of the united determination of glycosylated hemoglobin （GHb） and platelet prameters in microangiopathy of the diabetic elderly. Methods GHb, mean platelet volume （MPV）, platelet distribution width （PDW） and platelet count （PLT） in 96 diabetic elderly （50 cases with microangiopathy and 46 cases without microangiopathy） and 42 healthy controls were determined by automatic blood and biochemistry cytoanalyzes. Results GHb, MPV and PDW in diabetic patients were significantly higher than those in controls （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, those in patients with microangiopathy were significantly higher than those in patients without microangiopathy （P 〈 0. 01 ）. But there was no obvious difference in PLT between diabetic patients and controls （P 〉 0. 05）. Condusions The united determination of GHb and platelet prameters could play important role in early diagnosis of microangiopathy of the diabetic elderly.
