摘  要:目的观察卷柏水部位对受了射线照射小鼠造血系统的辐射防护作用。方法①KM种小鼠于接受8.0Gy ^60Coγ射线照射前1周给药,观察受照射小鼠的30d存活率、死亡动物平均存活时间、受照射小鼠体重变化和外周血白细胞数变化;②KM种小鼠于6.0Gy ^60Coγ射线照射前72、48和24h,以及照射后即刻灌服药物或蒸馏水,观察受照射小鼠骨髓细胞周期及凋亡率的变化。结果卷柏水部位可明显提高照射后小鼠30d的存活率、死亡动物平均存活时间和小鼠外周血白细胞数,抑制射线引起的小鼠体重的下降;另外,它还可降低受照射小鼠骨髓细胞G0/G1期细胞百分率,升高其G2/M、S期细胞百分率,并可明显降低其细胞凋亡率。结论卷柏水部位对照射损伤小鼠的造血系统有一定的辐射防护作用。Objective To investigate the protective effects of the water part of Selaginella Tamariscina on hematopoietic system in γ-rays irradiated mice. Methods ① Kunming mice were administered with drugs or water 1 week before exposure to 8.0 Gy ^60 Co γ-rays, 30 d survival, the average life-span of dead mice, the changes in the mice' weights and the number of WBC after irradiation were recorded. ② Kunming mice were administered with drugs or water at hours 72, 48, 24 before and immediately after exposure to 6.0 Gy ^60 Co γ- rays, the changes of apoptosis and cell cycle of bone marrow cell in irradiated mice were recorded. Results The water part of SelagineUa Tamariscina could increase significantly the 30 d survival, the average life-span of dead mice and the number of WBC, inhibit the loss of the weight in irradiated mice; decrease the percentages of bone marrow cell in G0/G1 phase, increase the percentages of bone marrow cell in G2/M and S phase, and decrease significantly apoptosis of bone marrow cell in irradiated mice, Conclusions The water part of Selaginella Tamariscina has protective effects on hematopoietic system in irradiated mice.
