摘 要:IF钢在添加镁的锌液中热镀锌时,镁含量对合金化前后镀层的显微组织和性能有明显影响.研究结果表明:镁含量低于1 mass%时,镀层组织是正常的栅柱状,杯突值很低;随镁含量增加,镀层的致密化和附着性提高,杯突值变大;镁含量超过3.5%时,锌液粘稠度显著增加,对热镀锌产生不利影响.最佳镁含量在3%左右.The effect of addition of varied contents of AZ31 magnesium Alloy in liquid zinc on microstructures and Erichsen number of hot-galvanizing coating of IF steel was investigated. The results showed that the microstructure of the coating is prismatic structure and the Erichsen number is small when magnesium content is less than 1% ( mass% ). With the increasing of magnesium content and the alloying of the coating, the densification and the adhesiveness of the coating are improved and the Erichsen number grows. When magnesium content is more than 3.5 % ( mass% ), the viscosity of the liquid zinc is obviously increased. So,the best magnesium content is 3.0% (mass%).
