摘　　要：介绍了机械产品可靠性优化设计的一般方法,并按照螺栓设计要求,综合了可靠性设计理论和最优化技术的优点,提出了压力容器中螺栓组联接的可靠性优化设计方法,建立了可靠性优化设计数学模型。对螺栓组联接进行了实例设计,给出了螺栓组联接nd最小的可靠性优化设计结果。其结果表明了可靠性优化设计的可行性和实用性。By integrating the merits of reliability design theory and its optimum technology, this passage introduced ordinary methods for the reliability optimum design of mechanical products. According to design demands of bolt, the reliabifity optimum design method of bolt group rink in pressure vessel was offered. The result shows that the method is feasible and effective.
