摘　　要：律师辩护词的语篇结构一般遵循"宏观主位—超主位—主位—新信息—超新信息—宏观新信息"的格律,这种语篇格律与听众的心理特点相符合,对辩护观点的展示和说服目的的实现具有重要意义。the textual structure of statement of defense follows the periodic hierarchy of ＂macrotheme--hypertheme—theme--new--hypernew--macronew＂. This periodic hierarchy corresponds to the psychological characteristics of the audience. So it is significant to the presentation of defence and the relization of its persuasive goal. Besides, the periodic analysis of the textual structure will shed some light to the preparation and drafting of statement of defense.
