强化饮食干预对代谢综合征患者代谢指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨强化饮食干预对代谢综合征患者人体学指标与生化指标的影响。方法将200例代谢综合征病人随机分为2组,干预组、对照组各100例,干预组采用强化饮食干预3个月,随访3个月。结果强化饮食干预组患者体重、血压与糖代谢显著低于对照组和干预前,甘油三酯和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇无明显变化。结论强化饮食干预能改善代谢综合征患者的肥胖、血压、糖类代谢及胆固醇代谢,但对改善甘油三酯代谢效果不明显。Objective To strengthen the diet intervention on human patients with metabolic syndrome and impact the biochemical indicators. Method 200 patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, the intervention group and the control group with 100 cases each, the intervention group used strengthened dietary intervention for three months and follow - up three months. Result Strengthening the diet intervention, this group with obesity, blood pressure and glucose metabolism was significandy lower than the control group but tfiglyceride and high- density lipoprotein cholesterol without significant changes. Conclusion Strengthening the diet intervention can improve the obese patients with metabolic syndrome, blood pressure, cholesterol and carbohydrate metabolism, but not obvious effect of improving triglyceride metabolism.
