格列美脲片剂的含量测定

摘　　要：目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定格列美脲片剂的含量。方法:采用ODSC18色谱柱,甲醇-乙腈-pH7.0磷酸盐缓冲溶液(65:65:100)为流动相,流速1mL/min,检测波长224nm。结果:线性范围10mg/mL～200mg/mL,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.71%,RSD为0.82%。结论:本法测定结果满意,可作为测定格列美脲片剂含量的方法。Objective：A simple HPLC method was established for the determination of glimepiride in tablet.Methods：A ODS C18 column was used with the mixture of acenitrile and methanol and phosphate solution （65：65：100） as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1mL/min, the detection wavelength was 224nm.Results：The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10mg/mL--200mg/mL, r=0.9999.The average recovery was 99.71% and RSD was 0.82%.Conclusion：It was a convenient method with satisfactory result for the determination of glimepiride in tablet.
