摘　　要：英国作家拜厄特在小说《占有》中以当代女作家独特的视角,发扬女性文学的传统,借助大量的幽闭意象,考察了远古时代、维多利亚时代和现代三个时期的女性人物的生存经历,揭示了从远古到现代的女性生存的集体经验和女性边缘化的历史。This paper analyses the abundant images of enclosure with feminist implications. With the special perspective of contemporary female writer, Byatt develops the female literary tradition by expanding the female images of enclosure to allude tothe female experience in the primordial, Victorian, and modem periods, and reveals the marginalization of female existence in the patriarchal culture.
