摘　　要：建立新型农村合作医疗制度,是落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容,是促进城乡协调发展、全面建设小康社会的重要举措。基于新型农村合作医疗制度试点以来取得的成效,提出了新制度仍存在的一些问题。通过新旧制度的对比,对完善新型农村合作医疗制度提出了对策。It is a vital content to fulfill scientific development view and coustruct socialism harmonious society. And it is also an important measure to promote city and countryside coordinated development and construct well-off society fully. Based on the effect from the new-type rural cooperative medical, system, it finds out the current problems about the new system. Compared with the traditional system, it gives the suggestions how to improve the new-type rural cooperative medical system.
