摘　　要：城市新区的城市设计应基于分析该地区在城市中定位、城市发展阶段、经济水平、环境影响等方面问题,策划引导性项目,确定合理的发展模式,并保持生态的可持续发展。Design for new city area should be based on an analysis for the status of the area in the city, as well as the developing phase, economical level and environment influence of the city. Architects should also establish a guiding project and rational developing mode, and maintain a sustainable development.
