摘　　要：产业类建筑是中国工业文化的重要表征,对于这类旧有遗存的更新改造一直是业内广泛探讨的课题。本文从宏观角度切入,以镇江焦化厂地段改造规划为例,介绍了城市产业地段改造的整体设计方法。Industrial architecture is an important token of industrial culture in China. How to regenerate the heritage is a problem that is widely discussed. By analyzing the cases, from the macroscopic aspect this article analyses the regional characteristic of industrial area, takes functional regeneration of industrial buildings into account in the public regional system, and establishes the corresponding relationship of capacity between industrial building and relative public function to form the integrated material form.
