摘 要:运用XPS,IR和LRS等手段,对萘氧化制苯酐钒系催化剂的表面组成和结构的联合分析结果表明:催化剂表面各元素以VKSO=12210的比例存在;催化剂以V2O5为基本骨架,形成了VO(SO4)2-及S2O72-的配位形式。The surface composition and structure of vanadium catalysts used in the naphthalene selective oxidation to phthalic anhydride are studied by means of XPS,IR and LRS.It is shown that the proportion of elements existed in the surface is V∶K∶S∶ O=1∶2∶2∶10 by analyzing the XPS spectrums.On the basis of IR and LRS spectrums information it is proven that there are VO(SO 4) 2- and S 2O 7 2- in the catalysts whose basic framework is V 2O 5.Finally, an active micro area model is proposed.The structure of K 2VO 3SO 4SO 3 is derived to be the basic unit of the surface active micro area.
