摘  要:目的应用微创稳定系统(less invasive stabilization system,LISS)治疗股骨远端骨折,总结治疗体会。方法2005年11月至2007年4月应用uSS内固定系统治疗股骨远端骨折7例,男6例,女1例;年龄23—69岁。平均46.9岁。关节外骨折及简单的关节内骨折采用膝关节外侧切口,复杂关节内骨折采用髌骨旁前外侧切口,手术采用微创经皮钢板固定(minimal invasive percutaneous plateosteosynthesis,MIPPO)技术。结果本组术后均获随访4—20个月,平均10.4个月。所有病例均未发生深部感染,一例发生切口延迟愈合。X线愈合时间14—24周,平均18.1周。完全负重时间16—26周,平均20.1周。膝关节活动度:屈80°~130°,平均104°;伸0°~10°,平均4.3°。结论LISS系统创伤小,操作简便,固定可靠,并发症少,是一种有效的治疗股骨远端骨折的内固定方法。Objective To summarize the experiences in applying less invasive stabilization system (LISS)in treating distal femur fractures. Methods 7 patients with fractures of distal femur were treated with LISS plates from November,2005 to April,2007. There were 1 female and 6 males, with a mean age of 46.9years( ranging from 23 to 69 years). Results All fractures were follow - up visited with a mean 10. 4 months ( ranging from 4 to 20 months). No deep infection, 1 case showed late healed with incision. The mean time of radiographic healing with 18.1 weeks (ranging 14 to 24 weeks) and the mean time of full weight bearing was 20. lweeks (ranging 16 to 26 weeks). The range of motion was from 4. 3°to 104°. Conclusion LISS is a effective fixation device for distal femur fractures. The benefits of this system include less wound, less complications, convenient operation and reliable fixation.
