摘 要:目的:研究心率对心电频谱的影响。方法:在去自主传出神经的动物上,通过结扎右冠状动脉造成心肌缺血的动物模型,准确测量两心房间期(AA)和心房波与心室波间期(AV),采用快速傅立叶转换(FFT)的方法将其转换为频域函数进行分析。结果:随着AA起搏间期的缩短,AV间期的频谱变化表现为低频逐渐升高,由400ms时的(8.1±2.7)nu升至250ms时的(47.2±4.41)nu(P<0.01),高频成分则由400ms时的(85.4±6.2)nu降至250ms时的(34.7±11.4)nu(P<0.01),而高频、低频比则由10.6±3.2降至0.74±0.29(P<0.01)。在右冠状动脉阻塞情况下,起搏程序同上,此时AV间期的频谱变化表现亦为低频逐渐升高,由400ms时的(20.9±8.4)nu升至250ms时(63.4±0.1)nu(P<0.01),而高频成分由400ms时的(65.2±12.3)nu逐渐降低至250ms时的(25.8±10.5)mu(P<0.01)。其高低频比值也由3.12±2.41降至0.44±0.28(P<0.01)。结论:随着AA间期的缩短,AV频谱表现为低频逐渐升高,而高频逐渐降低。在缺血情况下,这一趋势没有改变。Objective: To study the effects of heart rate on power spectral of electrocardiogram (ECG), Methods: A model of ischemia related to ligating the right coronary artery removed autonomic nervous cats was prepared. The A-wave, H-wave and V-wave were measured from the His bundle electrocardiogram by template matching algorithm. The AA, AV (atrioventricular) intervals were measured accurately. Power spectral of ECG analysis was performed by fast Fourier transform (FFT). Results: The high flequency (HF) component of AV interval decreased from (85.4±6.2) nu to (34.7±11.4) nu and low flequency (LF) component increased from (8. 1±2.7) nu to (47.2± 4.4) nu when AA intervals decreased from 400ms to 250ms. And when right coronary artery occluded, HF component of AV decreased from (65.2± 12.3) nu to (25.8± 10.5) nu and LF component increased from (20.9±8.4) nu to (63.4± 10.1) nu when AA intervals decreased from 400ms to 250ms. Conclusion: Heart rate is crucial in regulating power spectra.
