摘 要:采用点压方式研究非晶FeCuNbSiB带材的压磁性能,利用X-Ray测试带材结构,用DSC确定相转变,用4294A阻抗分析仪测试阻抗。结果表明:非晶FeCuNbSiB带材具有优越的压磁性能和压磁稳定性,压磁敏感性可以通过调整退火工艺来实现。当退火温度为300℃,保温时间为1h时非晶FeCuNbSiB带材的压磁性能最佳,在压力为1.42MPa,频率为100MHz时,|△Z|可达2.88Ω。The piezomagnetic properties of the FeCuNbSiB alloy strips were investigated by point stress, the structure and phase change of the strips were observed by X-ray diffraction and DSC, respectively, the impedance of the strips were measured by a 4292A impedance analyzer at room temperature. The result shows the piezomagnetic properties of the FeCuNbSiB alloy strips are predominant and stable, the sensitivity of the strips come true by adjusting anneal process. The best piezomagnetic properties have been obtained at 300 ℃ for 1 h, the value of |△Z| is up to 2.88 Ω at 1.42 MPa and 100 MHz.
