摘 要:采用Zn置换HAuCl4溶液的方法制备了具有不同形貌的纳米金,并研究了HAuCl4溶液的浓度对纳米金形貌的影响。实验结果表明,纳米金的形貌主要取决于HAuCl4溶液的浓度。当HAuCl4溶液的浓度为0.01 mmol/L时,置换反应进行5min后的产物是金纳米颗粒,其粒径为10~50nm,24h后金颗粒的粒径超过100nm,金颗粒团聚成金花状。当HAuCl4溶液的浓度为1 mmol/L时,金颗粒的粒径为数百纳米,部分金颗粒团聚成金花状。当HAuCl4溶液的浓度为10 mmol/L时,在金颗粒中出现由纳米金片组成的多晶枝晶,多晶枝晶随后通过OA和OR机制转变成单晶枝晶。当HAuCl4溶液的浓度为30 mmol/L时,反应时直接生成金枝晶。因此,通过控制HAuCl4溶液的浓度,可制备具有不同形貌的纳米金。Nanostructured gold with different morphologies was prepared by replacement reaction (Zn versus HAuCl4). The Influence of HAuCl4 Concentration on Morphologies of Nanostructured Gold was investigated. Experimental results showed that the morphologies of nanostructured gold strongly depended on HAuCl4 concentration. When the concentration was 0.01 mmol/L, the 5 min reaction product was gold nanoparticles with diameter from 10 to 50 nm, and the gold nanoparticles aggregated to form flower-like structure after 24 h reaction. The diameter of gold nanoparticles increased to hundreds nm with increasing of the concentration of 1 mmol/L, and some particles aggregated to form flower-like structure. When the concentration was 10 mmol/L, dendrites consisted of gold nanoplates presented among nanoparticles, and the gold dendrite transited to imperfect single crystalline dendrite through OA and OR mechanics afterward. When the concentration was 30 mmol/L, gold dendrites formed directly. Through controlling of the HAuCl4 concentration nanostructured gold with different morphologies can be obtained.
