摘 要:以不同质量浓度的铜和镉处理3d的西洋菜为实验材料,研究了短期培养条件下镉对西洋菜生长的影响。主要测定了抗氧化系统的几种酶,包括POD、CAT、SOD的活性以及可溶性蛋白、叶绿体色素质量分数的变化。结果表明,该植物对重金属镉比较敏感。水体中Cd2+质量浓度为0.05mg·L-1就可以使西洋菜利用光能的能力降低,细胞遭受一定程度的氧化伤害。该植物不适合应用于有重金属镉污染的富营养化水体的治理和生态修复;西洋菜适合应用于铜质量浓度极低的富营养化水体的治理和生态修复,水体Cu2+质量浓度为0.05mg·L-1左右不会对西洋菜的生长有抑制作用,而且此时西洋菜利用光能等的能力均有一定的提高。高质量浓度重金属铜存在的情况下也不适合利用该植物进行水体修复。Nasturtium officinale was cultivated in Steinberg medium with different concentrations of Cd^2+ or Cu^2+ for three days to study the effect of these two kinds of heavy metals on the plant growth. Chlorophyll content, soluble protein content and activities of POD, CAT and SOD were measured. Result shows that N. officinale is relatively sensitive to cadmium pollutant. The light use efficiency of N. officinale decreases in the waterbody with Cd^2+at a concentration of 0.05 mg · L^-1 due to the oxidative stress in the cells. N. officinale is not suitable for eutrophicated waterbody restoration with cadmium pollution, but it is suitable for the restoration of eutrophicated waterbody with a low copper concentration. Cu^2+ at a concentration of 0.05 mg · L^ - 1 in waterbedy could not inhibit the growth of N. officinale, and the light use efficiency of N. officinale increases. N. officinale is not suitable for the restoration of eutrophicated waterbody with a high copper concentration.
