摘 要:采用曝皿法,选用孟加拉红培养基(RBC)对东北林业大学的办公室、教室和食堂内空气真菌进行取样调查。经过7个月的研究分析,共得到6040个真菌菌落,又进一步分离、纯化后得63个真菌菌株,经鉴定得到20属或群、57种不同真菌(包括无孢菌群3种真菌)。室内空气真菌的优势菌属依次为枝孢属(Cladosporium)占总菌落数的27.21%、曲霉属(Aspergillus)占总菌落数的19.7%、青霉属(Penicillium)占总菌落数的14.86%、链格孢(Alternaria)占总菌落数的8.57%、无孢菌群占总菌落数的7.02%)、附球菌属(Epicoccum)占总菌落数的4.74%、木霉属(Trichoderma)占总菌落数的4.61%。不同采样时间对室内外空气真菌的种类没有影响,仅对菌落的数量有一定的影响,总菌落数从早至晚也逐渐增加,但差异不大。不同采样地点空气真菌的种类差异不大,但菌落数量有较大差异,菌落数量依次为食堂>办公室>教室。An experiment was conducted to study the indoor airborne fungi in the office, classroom and eatery of Northeast Forestry University in Harbin City within a 7-month period. 756 Petri dishes with RBC agar medium were exposed at these three different locations. The dishes yielded 6040 colonies, and 63 strains of fungi were obtained after purification. Fifty-seven strains of fungi were identified belonging to 20 genera or groups. The most predominant genera are Cladosporium(27.21% ), Aspergillus( 19.70% ), Penicillium( 14.86% ), Alternaria( 8.57% ), non-sporulating colonies ( 7.02% ), Epicoccum ( 4.74% ) and Trichoderma( 4. 61% ). Sampling time has no affect on the types of fungi in indoor air, and it only has some effects on the number of colonies. From morning to night, the total number of colonies is gradually increasing, but the difference is not obvious. The types of fungi in indoor air collected at different sampling locations have little differences, but the difference in the number of colonies is significant. The number of colonies shows eatery 〉 orifice 〉 classroom.
