摘　　要：对薄硅钢板退火的罩式炉进行了多次改造：烧嘴用低压涡流式代替高压喷射式，在炉台的特殊部位采用低水泥浇注料，新型全纤维炉罩来用简单方便的固定方式，使炉子的各项性能指标显著提高，取得了良好的经济效益，节能显著。Several improvements have been made in retrofitting of the bell type anttealing lbrnace for silicon plate, they include replacement ofhigh pressure injection burner with low pressure vortex burner, using low cement castable in some special positions on the furnace base, adopting new type all fiber bell lining with simple fixing method. After retrofitting, perfornmance parameters have bccn improved considerably, good economic results and energy saving are reached. [
