摘 要:人类胚胎着床的关键在于具备着床能力的胚胎和接受能力的子宫内膜同步。随着辅助生殖技术的发展,胚胎质量得到了明显改善,而子宫内膜容受性成了研究的焦点。子宫内膜容受性具有严格的时空特异性,其机制目前尚未明了。形态学主要表现为胞饮突(pinopode)的出现,其形成需要诸多分子的参与调节,包括卵巢甾体激素、细胞因子、粘附分子、免疫分子、骨桥蛋白、脂类及其他生化分子等。本文就子宫内膜容受性特征性标志以及相关影响因素作一综述。The critical step of implantation lies on the synchronization between endometrium and blastocyst. With the assisted reproductive techniques (ART) widely employed, the embryo quality has been distinctly improved, and the endometrial receptivity as one of the most critical steps has become a hotspot investigated extensively by reproductive medical specialists all over the world. The endometrial receptivity requires a precisely temporal and spatial specialty, but the exact mechanism remains unclear. The presence of pinopodes acts as the characteristic morphology of endometrial receptivity, which requires the attendance of many important molecules, for example, the steroid hormones of ovary, cytokines, adhesion molecules, immune molecules, skeletal protein, lipids and some biochemical molecules. The article reviewed the latest progress in the characteristic markers and related factors of endometrial receptivity.
