2型糖尿病患者血清血管内皮生长因子和C反应蛋白水平的变化

摘　　要：目的了解2型糖尿病患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的变化。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法测定98例2型糖尿病患者和30例健康对照组的VEGF和CRP水平。结果①2型糖尿病组血清VEGF和CRP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),2型糖尿病有微血管病变组、有大血管病变组均高于无血管病变组(P<0.05);②2型糖尿病患者血清VEGF和CRP之间呈正相关关系(r=0.9865,P<0.01);③2型糖尿病患者血清VEGF和CRP与胰岛素抵抗指数有相关关系(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者的血清VEGF和CRP与正常人相比存在显著差异,且在有血管并发症和无血管并发症组间也存在显著差异,可能是糖尿病病情变化的监测指标。2型糖尿病患者血清VEGF和CRP升高的机制可能有某些相似之处,或存在着某些联系。Objective To explore the changes of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） and C-reactive protein（CRP） in serum level in type 2 diebetes mellitus（T2DM）.Methods The levels of VEGF and CRP were measured by ELISA in 98 patients with T2DM and 30 control subjects. Results （1）The levels of VEGF and CRP were higher in T2DM patients than in controls（ P 〈 0.05 ）, The levels of VEGF and CRP in T2DM patients with vascular complications were higher than those in T2DM patients without vascular complications（ P 〈 0.05）. （2）Serum level of VEGF was positively correlated with that of CRP in T2DM patients（ r = 0.9865, P 〈 0.01 ）. （3）VEGF and CRP in T2DM patients were correlated with insulin resistance index（ P 〈 0.05）. Condusion VEGF and CRP might participate in the occurrence and development of T2DM and the vascular complications. There may be some similarities between VEGF and CRP in diabetic patients.
