摘　　要：产业竞争力是产业内企业整体的竞争力,也是产业发展所需资源和环境的竞争力。我国电子信息产业从竞争主体与竞争客体上和国外企业存在差异,通过在盈利能力、研发投入等方面的比较,提出应发挥比较优势,以成本领先战略发展电子信息产业。Industry competitiveness is not only the total power of competition including all the enterprises in this field, but also concerning resources and environment needed. There are differences in electric and information industries between China and Western countries. Through comparison of some factors such as profitability and R＆D input, this paper advocates bringing comparative advantages and lower costs strategies into play in order to develop electric and information industries.
