摘  要:采用激光堆焊的方法,在高强度钢34CrNi3Mo上用堆焊金属材料DLF-301进行堆焊加工,分析了堆焊层金属的显微组织和性能。分析结果表明,堆焊层为4层,层与层之间结合良好,无明显的气孔及裂纹;多层堆焊形成了柱状晶体与树枝状晶体交替出现的组织;堆焊过程中后层对前层相当于进行了回火,因此堆焊层交界处的硬度值有所下降。With Laser Overlaying Welding method, the surface of high strength steel (34CrNi3Mo) were welded using the DLF-301 electrode and the microstructure and performance of surfacing welding layer metal were analyzed in this paper. The results demonstrated that the weld layers consisted of four layers, and represented excellent adhesive strength; no obvious blowholes or cracks were observed. Alternative columnar and dendritic crystal structure were formed by multi-layers surfacing welding The hardness between two layers decreased a little as the temper effect of latter layer on former one.
