摘  要:目的:考察微波辅助提取与常规提取对菝葜中有效成分提取率的影响,及不同提取方法所得有效成分对钙调神经磷酸酶(CaN)活性的影响。方法:采用微波辅助提取与常规提取方法提取菝葜中的有效成分,以CaN的活性为指标测定不同提取方法所得有效成分对CaN活性的影响。结果:微波辅助提取菝葜中的有效成分的提取率优于常规提取法,并且微波提取所得的有效成分对CaN的抑制作用大于常规提取。结论:微波辅助提取不仅缩短了提取时间、节约了生产成本,而且提取所得有效成分对CaN具有较强的抑制作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of Microwave-assisted extraction and traditional extraction methods to the extraction of the active components in Smilax china L. and observe the active components's effect on the activity of calcieurin (CAN). METHODS Microwave assisted extraction and traditional extraction were used to extract the active components in Smilax. china L.. The CaN's activity was used as the index of the influence of active components extracted by different methods. RESULTS Microwave-assisted extract has higher extraction ratio of active components in Smilax china L. than traditional extraction method. The active components extracted by Microwave-assist extract have stronger inhibiting activity on CaN than that extracted by traditional extraction method. CONCLUSION Microwave-assisted extraction has more merits than traditional extraction method such as reducing the extraction time, saving cost and stronger inhibiting activity of the extracted active components on CaN.
