清宫止血合剂对药物流产后大鼠血浆TXB_2和6-Keto-PGF_(1α)影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨清宫止血合剂对大鼠药物流产后血浆中血栓素B2(TXB2)和6-酮前列腺素1ɑ(6-Keto-PGF1ɑ)含量的影响。方法通过给早孕大鼠灌服米非司酮和米索前列醇造成流产模型。将大鼠随机分成6组,分别为空白组、模型组、新生化组及清宫止血合剂高、中、低剂量组。测定各组大鼠血浆中TXB2和6-Keto-PGF1ɑ的含量。结果清宫止血合剂可使大鼠血浆6-Keto-PGF1ɑ含量显著降低、TXB2含量显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),且呈明显量效关系。结论清宫止血合剂能调节大鼠血浆TXB2和6-Keto-PGF1ɑ水平,这可能是其治疗药物流产后出血的作用机制之一。Objective To explore the effect of Qinggong Zhixue Mixture（QGZXX） on the levels of TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α in the rats＇ plasma after drug abortion. Methods Abortive model was established by adopting the method that the early pregnant rats were raised by Mifepristone （RU486） and Misoprustol. The rats were randomly divided into 6 groups which respectively were normal group, model group, Xin Shenghua group, high dose of QGZXX, middle dose of QGZXX and low dose of QGZXX. Determined the contents of TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α in the rats＇ plasma in every group. Results QGZXX could reduce the content of 6- Keto-PGF1α and improve the TXB2 obviously （P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. And it signified the remarkable ralationship in the quality and effect. Conclusion QGZXX can adjust the level of Plasma＇ TXB2 and 6-Keto- PGF1α in the rats＇ plasma, and this may be one of mechanism of QGZXX for the bleeding after medical abortion.
