六味地黄丸对实验性糖尿病大鼠胰岛素敏感性影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药制剂六味地黄丸(Liuwei Dihuang Pill,LP)对实验性2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠胰岛素抵抗(Insulin Resistance,IR)和C肽(C-Peptide,C-P)分泌作用的影响。方法采用高脂饲料加小剂量腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)造模,分别给予罗格列酮及六味地黄丸(LP)进行干预,观察用药前后体质量变化及体质量指数(BMI),计算稳定模式评估法的胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),测定干预后胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、BMI、空腹血糖(FPG)、胆固醇(TG)、三酰甘油(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)和C-P水平。结果LP可降低肥胖性T2DM大鼠体质量及BMI、HOMA-IR、FPG、TG、TC、LDL-C、C-P水平,增高HDL-C、ISI。结论LP可较明显降低血糖,有效控制体质量,改善胰岛素抵抗。Objective To investigate the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pill on insulin resistance and secretory effect of C-peptide （C-P） in experimental fat rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods The model of rats with T2DM were successfully made by high adipose diet and injecting streptozocin（STZ） in abdominal cavity. Then intervened the rats by melbinum and Liuwei Dihuang Pill. And observed the change of weight and counted ISI and HOMA-IR, BMI, detected the contents of FPG, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C and C- P. Results Liuwei Dihuang Pill could decrease the weight, BMI, HOMA-IR, FPG, TG, TC, LDL-C and C- P , while increase HDL-C and ISI in fat rats with T2DM. Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang Pill can significantly decrease the content of FPG, effectively control weight and improve insulin resistance.
