摘　　要：本文深入分析了退耕还林工程绩效管理中绩效管理目标分散、绩效管理手段和措施不到位、绩效管理评价反馈体系不健全三个方面的主要问题,并有针对性地提出了三条建议:一是科学规划,为工程绩效管理明确目标和任务;二是完善政策,为工程绩效管理提供宽松的外部环境;三是建立健全工程绩效管理评价反馈体系,为工程绩效管理及时总结经验、纠正不足提供依据。Three major problems of performance management in implementing the project for conversion of cropland to forest are deeply analyzed. That is scattered objective, lack of effective measurements, and defective system of evaluation and feedback. To ensure performance management carrying out soundly in implementing the project for conversion of cropland to forest, three suggestions are proposed. Firstly, construct clear objective by overall planning. Secondly, provide better outer environment by laying down further perfect policies. Thirdly, summarize experiences and correct shortcomings by constructing soundly evaluation and feedback system.
