摘  要:以平邑甜茶[Malus hupehensis(Pamp)Rehd.var.pingyiensis Jiang]当年实生苗为材料,研究了高温胁迫对幼苗生物发光的影响以及ATP含量、总呼吸速率、抗氰呼吸速率等的变化。结果表明,高温胁迫初期,平邑甜茶幼苗叶片超弱发光和荧光强度均下降,但随着高温胁迫时间的延长,两者均逐渐回升,并在48 h时基本恢复到对照水平;但叶片磷光强度在高温胁迫的48 h内一直逐渐升高;高温胁迫下,叶片的总呼吸速率降低,抗氰呼吸速率升高,同时ATP生成量也明显降低,显示高温胁迫下平邑甜茶叶片的生物发光与呼吸途径和能量代谢的改变密切相关。The seedling of Malus hupehensis (Pamp) Rehd. var. pingyiensis Jiang was used to study the effects of high-temperature on bioluminescence and the changes of ATP content, rate of total respiration and cyanide-resistant respiration. The results indicated that the intensities of uhraweak luminescence and fluores- cence of leaves all decreased in initial stage of high temperature stress. But with the prolongation of high-tem- perature stress time both of them were gradually increased and got back to control level at 48 h of treatment. While phosphorescence intensity was continuously rose during the period of high temperature stress. Under high temperature stress, the rate of total respiration was decreased, the rate of cyanide-resistant respiration rose, and the production of ATP decreased. This suggested that the bioluminescence has close relation to the pathway of respiration and energy metabolism in Malus hupehensis (Pamp) Rehd. var. pingyiensis Jiang.
