水分胁迫下乙烯利浸种对甘蔗苗期光合性状和分蘖的影响  被引量:14

Effects of Seed Cane Treated with Ethephon on Photosynthesis and Tillering of Sugarcane Seedlings Exposed to Water Stress

摘  要:采用3种浓度的乙烯利溶液(0mg/L、100mg/L、200mg/L),分别对不同的甘蔗品种ROC22、GT17和ROC10在下种前进行10min浸种处理,在甘蔗苗期(4~5叶)进行土壤自然干旱胁迫。结果表明:水分胁迫下,100mg/L、200mg/L乙烯利浸种处理可提高GT17的类胡罗卜素含量,缓解叶绿素总量的下降,显著促进GT17和ROC10的净光合速率,而气孔导度和蒸腾速率明显下降;对3个品种分蘖芽的形成有明显的促进效应,ROC22和ROC10的促蘖效应达到显著水平。Seed Canes of three sugarcane varieties, ROC22 ,GT17 and ROC10, were soaked in 0 mg/L, 100 mg/ L,200 mg/L of ethephon solutions for 10 min respectively and their photosynthetic characteristics and tillering abilities were compared during the forth to fifth leaf stage under natural drought stress conditions. The results showed that the treatments with 100 mg/L and 200 mg/L ethephon led to increase of mental carotenoid content and decease of total chlorophyll content in GT17 ;increase of net photosynthetic rate and significant decease of stomata conductance and transpiration rate in both GT17 and ROC10. The ethephon treatments obviously promoted teller numbers in all three varieties, and especially in ROC 22 and ROC 10.
