摘　　要：文章从现实问题切入,围绕为什么与怎么样开发利用"三农"信息资源这两个问题展开,论述了"三农"信息资源的开发利用是解决"三农"问题的重大举措这一核心观点。Started from the real issues, this paper has focused on ways and methods around the solution of ＂peasants, agriculture and villages＂ issue information resources, and expounded that the development and utilization of ＂peasants, agriculture and villages＂ issue information resources is the major initiatives in the solution of ＂peasants, agriculture and villages＂ issue.
