敷料对犬皮肤缺损修复中微粒皮移植效果的影响

摘　　要：观察红霉素软膏油纱和聚乙烯膜两种不同敷料对移植微粒皮的影响。运用微粒皮修复犬皮肤缺损,将两种敷料采用3种不同方法覆盖微粒皮上,采用观察创面愈合效果、检测微粒皮移植成活率、测定组织中羟脯氨酸含量的方法。移植初、中期运用聚乙烯膜比红霉素软膏油纱效果好,微粒皮成活率高;后期用红霉素软膏比聚乙烯膜效果好,愈合快。微粒皮移植中,把两种敷料有效结合起来运用,效果较理想。To observe influence of Erythromyein Ointment Gauze and Polyethylene Membrane to mieroskin grafting. Using mieroskin repair defect of dog＇s skin, two kind of the dressings make use of three methods to cover microskin, uses the method of observe intergrown effect of injured area, exmine survial rate of mieroskin and Hydroxyproline content of tissue. Early stage and intermediate stage of mieroskin grafting, Polyethylene Membrane have better effect than Erythromyein Ointment Gauze, mieroskin have very high survial rate; late stage, Erythromyein Ointment Gauze have better effect than Polyethylene Membrane, heals quickly. When microskin graft, two kinds of dressings effectively unify to repair defect of dog＇s skin, the effect is more ideal.
