摘 要:采用田间试验,研究了白浆土型水稻土不同生物硅肥施用量对土壤微生物和酶活性的影响。结果表明,生物硅肥可以提高土壤微生物的数量,细菌、真菌和放线菌总数拔节期分别比对照提高64.2%、88.2%和51.7%,抽穗期分别比对照提高68.9%、75.6%和81.8%。土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶和转化酶活性也有了明显的提高,不同处理各时期也是表现不同,从分蘖期到成熟期,土壤中过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性的变化呈现先升高,后降低,再升高的趋势,转化酶活性的变化呈现先下降后上升的趋势。各处理过氧化氢酶、脲酶分别在抽穗期和拔节期出现了两个活性高峰,而转化酶在拔节期出现了低谷。因此,生物硅肥的施入营造了良好的土壤生物化学环境,为作物的高产稳产提供有利保障。This research using field experiment studied the effects of applying bio-si fertilizer to soil microorganism and enzyme activities in Albic soil. The results show that, the bio-si fertilizer can increase the quantity of soil microorganism, the total of bacteria,fungi and actinomycosis increased 64.2%,88.2% and 51.7% compared to control separately. Soil Hydrogen peroxidase, Urease and Invertase activities also had increased obviously, different treatment also perform differently, from the tillering to maturity stage, soil Hy- drogen peroxidase and Urease activities first rose, latter declined, then rose, Invertase activities first declined then rose. Hydrogen peroxidase and Urease activities of different treatment appeared two active peak in heading and shooting stage separately, but Invertase activities appeared trough in shooting stage. Therefore, applying bio-si fertilizer made a good soil biochemistry environment, provided advantageous safeguard for crops" high and stable production.
