摘  要:以不同剂量60Co-γ射线辐射紫薇干种子,结果表明,辐射处理极显著抑制了种子的发芽势、活力指数和胚根长度;延迟了种子萌发高峰的出现时间;在100-500Gy剂量范围内,对发芽率影响不大,仅500Gy处理种子的发芽率受到极显著影响;辐射还降低了幼苗的株高、成活率,抑制了幼苗真叶的展露。通过成活率拟合方程,得出紫薇种子辐射的半致死剂量为184.94Gy。The seeds of Lagerstroemia indica L. were irradiated by different dose of ^60Co-γ ray. The results showed that after irradiation, the germination vigor and vital index and root length of the seeds were significantly inhibited. Irradiation also delayed the seed germination time; At dose of 100 to 500Gy, the seed germination rate hardly effected, only the seeds irradiated by 500Gy were significantly effect. In the range of irradiation doses seedling height, seedling survival rate decreased as the amount of radiation increased. The true leaf emerging time was delayed compared with control. Semi-lethal dose of Lagerstroemia indica L, is 184.94Gy.
